AWESOME SERVICE!!!

I am one person who does not understand medical aid so everytime I called in at Fedhealth I spoke to a consultant who would not empower me or make me understand like Terry-Anne did. She had a positive feel about her work and she explained to me very passionately. I am in the service industry myself and I can identify a person who loves what they do and is all about educating a customer. I hope that Fed Health trains all their staff to have the same product knowlege, willingness to educate, great attitude and passion as Terry -Anne Graham.
