GAULD. 1.] I am alarmed that you have paid Lancet's bill for R1626 out of my savings, in respect of their services for my Care Plan. 2] Why have I not got a schedule of benefits/services for the plan for 2018 or I cant find it on the website.? 3] Who is responsible for the ICD 10 codes? If it is me ,then why? I would like an urgent resolution to this problem and await an urgent response.

I have been trying to sort this out with your call centre since August but they either do not get back to me or like today just put the phone down in my ear.

You promote joining Fed health but cannot maintain the members you already have.
