Awaiting urgent feedback

I emailed Fedhealth with the following TWO problems:<br> <br> \I was prescribed Lexamil for 6 months by my doctor but at the pharmacy I was told to contact Fedhealth as I need authorisation for this medication. Could you please authorise this medication as it is only for 6 months and not chronic medication.<br> <br> I also need a membership certificate as I started a new job and failing to provide such certificate I will be obligated to join the firm's medical aid and cancel my membership with Fedhealth."<br> <br> I have not heard of them as yet and it is quite important issues as I NEED the medication and I NEED the certificate on an urgent basis. Can someone please tell me why I (as a single member of this fund) pay R2450.00 per month for a medical aid who needs to pre-authorise medication such as Lexamil? I already needed this medication YESTERDAY already. And why do I struggle to get a membership certificate? """
