Awaiting pending Authorisation since the 5th May

Good Day<br> <br> I joined Fedhealth medical aid on the 01 April 2015, upon joining I was told that there won't be any waiting period since I had just moved from another medical Aid. Now there's a procedure than I need done at the hospital and have been booked in hospital for the 09.06.15. I called Fedhealth on the 5th May 2015 for authorisation. They referred my request to their underwriters and was told to expect feedback within 48 hours. It has since gone and still no feedback from the underwriters. I have been calling their call centre only to be told to call again later as they haven't received anything from them as sell. Can someone call me back with the auth number. I need to plan for my leave and also confirm with the hospital. What's the delay. This is causing me 'so much stress.<br> <br> Please get back to me asap.<br>
