Avoid avoid avoid Fedhealth

I Have cancelled my membership with Fedhealth, followed their procedures. Gave them a letter in writing that I am cancelling my Membership. I still haven't received my letter of confirmation. Every time I contact there customer care, I just receive an automated computer response that an ticket number has been issued. I have now also contacted the COUNCIL OF MEDICAL SCHEMES and laid a complaint against them.
