Authorization taking far to long
Hi i have been waiting for a month now for authorization for my child that must go to hospital. Eveytime i phone they just say still pending tis morning i phined again said that it was not fully loaded to system and wil phone me back as soon as he is done loading it. 2 hours later no feedback
