Authorization number

Good day , just a little note for fedhealth med scheme I am having the worst experience with getting my authorization number for my son who needs to remove his adenoids, my child had to suffer a whole month because of their rude and *********** staff who can’t do their job properly, this matter is still not resolved till this very day , which I haven’t heard a single update as to what is happening. Every time I follow up it’s sitting with the underwriters and nobody is even bothering to get an update and to let me know where I stand. I am completely disappointed to have join fedhealth because of the services provided.
