Authorization

This is the second time that I am struggling to get authorization from Fedhealth. We are on one of their "best" scheme options and it seems to be an effort for them to assist. They will transfer you from one person to the other or their system is off line. They DO NOT respond to emails.

I've been struggling for a MONTH to get authorization. Phoning, emailing and still nothing.
