AUTHORISED IN-HOSPITAL PROCURE NOT PAID BACK

In light of the "Processed" claim, I find it totally ridiculous that out a full invoice for a in-hospital procedure of an amount of 23 R23547.48 that only one part of the procedure was paid, which was the actual cutting into my breast??? a ridiculous amount of 1032.40 so how are the doctors supposed to find the exact lump in the breast without doing an xray, and how are they supposed to cut into your **** and extract any matter to biopsy without giving an aesthetic and using sterile gloves and Gauze when it bleeds or needles to do so? Also to that the post op treatment requires a special BRA as it is surgery and you wont pay for that either????

I SAY IT AGAIN, FEDHEALTH YOU ARE COMPLETE SHARKS.

YOU will happily take my money and not pay when your client needs you to?????

Here is a list of things you wont pay for, which I think is totally *********!!!!!!
Surely the instruments and materials needed for this procedure should be paid for???
So if I go in for say an appendix operation, you will only pay for what? The Knife cutting into me? no gauze, needles, drips, xrays needed in case of emergency, or doctors or any equipment needed to complete the operation? surely these things are part of in-hospital surgical procedures?
If this is the case why would I stay with Fedhealth, I am not guaranteed safety at all for my self and my two children!

This is a very stressful procedure, and the fact that this is the 2nd time just for this claim I am having to fight for, is ridiculous, the well being of your clients should be of you utmost importance and clearly it isn't.

The original letter with confirmation of authorisation said nothing about a shortfall payment, it said the procure was approved. go figure how you only pay for one thing out of that whole list.
