29 Oct'14 I received a letter that Fedhealth declined my oxygen. Dec'14 my Health Coach asking me some questions , and asked to whom I was dealing with for my portable oxygen &said she would call back in 5 min.Renee called on 17 Dec'14 asking me how do I cope without oxygen during the day,I need oxygen 24/7.on the 27 Jan'14 I had no for Renee I called my Health Coach again.Within 10 min I received the auth number&email. By Fri'30th I still had heard nothing, On Thursday 5/02/15 to query what is going on.Vitalaire delivered the home oxygen& back up cylinder and I asked her but where is the portable the whole crucial critical issue was the portable not a home oxygen, she said she had instructions for home oxygen only and back up cyliner when no electricity. I called Vitalaire on Monday explained to the consultant what had happened and she advised me the cylinder only lasts 4 hours and I can call at 2am and somebody will bring to me ,High Risk Management responded a portable cyl has been approved. Now a total different story they have approved a 1litre cyl which I can carry and use at work and that does not cover 8hrs in the office. I am still with no oxygen for during the day.
