Authorisation From Original Medical Aid (Topmed) Not Honoured by FedHealth.

Its a pity I have to tick a star in order to type , as I would leave it blank.Complete and utter disappointment and disgust as a result the lack of service, an Authorisation for a procedure obtained before the Amalgamation from the medical aid I was on (Topmed) and should be honoured as per the previous schemes benefits and Authorisation as it was authorised and obtained before. This was also brought to FedHealths preauthorisation department before the procedure had even taken place. BUT as you would expect even though preventive measures we taken to prevent any issue with a payment of the hospital claim, you guessed it. Incorrectly processed. I didn't log a query with the Scheme administrator, not once, not twice not even three times but in total a sum of twenty nine( 29 ) separate calls and queries logged with the scheme.
