APPALLING service from Fed Health

Fed health-still awaiting your feedback regarding medical claim made in July 2019! Surely it cannot take this long to investigate? And then there is the death of my father caused by NO decision made by you regarding him having a life saving treatment!!! I stand by previous posts DO NOT USE FED HEALTH under any circumstances!!! They are totally shockingly useless!
