Appalling Service and no resolution

Fedhealth has a network of specialist partners, if you use one of these specialists, it is unlikely that you will have to pay a co-payment. <br> <br> So imagine my surprise when (despite me being immensely inconvenienced by using a gynecologist on the Fedhealth network during my pregnancy and not my own gynea), I have had to continuously pay in co-payments for visits to this doctor. So what was the point of me using a Fedhealth recommended specialist then?<br> <br> What is more frustrating is that, although I have phoned into the call center numerous times and been referred to a supervisor - all whom promised to call me back and resolve my query, I still have claims from JAN 2015 which are outstanding! Can someone please contact me to resolve this query?
