Appalling client service - bullying clients into unrealistic payment arrangements with threats of suspending cover
This large company that seeming believes their clients owe them something, rather than that clients are actually paying for a service, decided in their wisdom that they can backdate payments that they did not make us aware of 24 months and 12 months ago and simply recover the funds in 2 months premiums. Should we not accept their repayment plan, they will simply suspend our cover. They call me to discuss but I have been unable to take their calls and they DO NOT bother to call back later the same day. Logging call after call I am told the lady dealing with our matter is on leave and that they will call me later. Then I go to their live chat, hoping for faster and more professional assistance only to be told by "Jessie", the chat consultant that I must simply wait for their call. Jeremy Yatt also does not bother to get someone senior to call me nor does he take my calls and have now even stopped reacting to my emails. If I had a choice, I would cancel our cover immediately and move elsewhere, but I guess they know we are bond by our employers and therefore we are the suckers that can be taken advantage of.
Thank you so much for your message, we are sorry you’re having such a bad experience, please bear with us while we do some investigating. One of our consultants will be in touch with you as soon as we have a result.
