Any excuse not to pay claims

And YET AGAIN Fedhealth fails to pay a visit with my nominated Network GP. First your excuse was that I had not nominated a GP. FALSE, you lost the nomination! Then I get you to correct this mistake, and you STILL don't pay the claim, this time your excuse is: "Claim above was not paid due to PMB claim not permitted to be reimbursed from Savings-amount rejected. According to your PMB treatment protocol the 1 PMB consultation that was allocated has been used."

Again: FALSE! This was a visit with my nominated network GP. According to FedHealths 2021 benefit statement brochure I am entitled to UNLIMITED visits at a contracted nominated GP.
