Another claim problem

<p>I submitted an inoive reflecting my payment to the Paedeatrician, I have now received a message to say they are paying the provider - it is me that needs to be refunded. </p> <p>I have not called as the claims people can never do anything to help me - my last claim took 1 month to get resolved and this only happened after I complained on this platform.</p> <p>Please can this just be resolved?!</p>
