Angry and disappointed
Hi I had a emergency 3 weeks back was rushed too Lenmed hospital they removed Lenmed from my network hospitals but at the time was the closes had too pay R3000 that I owe off last year before they helped me and got another bill off R2750 which I had to pay after very disappointed again I never get proper cover from my medical aid so please everyone don't join fedhealth you pay for minimal help

12 Apr 2022, 08:40Hi this is like the 5th time I complain 3 of it was resolved the other 2 I paid cash I dont like complaining but your service is very poor I wish I could change medical now but it must run till December because I used almost all off vault money which increased my monthly payment because my claim was rejected and I transfered money too my savings too pay I almost died and had too pay first because the hospital closed too me was removed with out telling me
