AM I NOT THE CUSTOMER

My name is Genevieve Naicker ID ***,I cannot understand ,how my 3 months waiting period starts from the 1st of September 2022 as Fedhealth has been giving me the run around from June 2022, I had to keep following u until I sent the 1st hello Peter letter there was no feedback or completion of my application.I requested that deduction should be done on the 5th of the month as that is when I receive my SASSA Grant which pays for this medical aid,I get a letter stating that deduction will be on the 25th of the month,Am i not the customer and dont I have rights.Just to add the agent from wellworks was very helpful,It is Fedhealth who I feel is not toeing the line
