Always paying for my post-cancer check ups. Thankful.

I've been with Fedhealth since I think 2015, I had cancer and I need CT scans and X-Rays every couple of months because of this.

I just want to give credit where credit is due and say thank you. I'm writing this review now, because I received an email yesterday that said my scan authorization was declined, and I realized that I can't afford this scan and I won't be able to go to my check up, and I am currently not in a good place health-wise and I am concerned the cancer might be back. So to me this email was like a mini death sentence.

BUT an few hours after, without having contacted Fedhealth yet, I received another email telling me that the authorization was indeed approved.

My point is, after realizing how life would have been if I hadn't been able to receive my scan, I am so grateful that Fedhealth ALWAYS pulls through for me. NEVER have I had to worry about scan approvals (before this one incident this month). So I am grateful.
