AGAIN THINK TWICE BEFORE CONCISERING FEDHEATH MEDICAL INSURANCE

Hi, This is my second cecind complaint and my recommendation TO STAY CLEAR OF ANY THOUGHTS OF JOINING FEDHEALTH.

In my previous review a touched on my continued poor service.

Fedhealth finally acknowledged receipt of my emails requesting all required to pay out an initial amount of my mothers deceased estate in 2014. Estate deposit bank accounts were only loaded on the 12 February 2025 but actually only loaded on their system on the Friday by a lady called Prudence whose direct line is ***.

When I dial this number of being directed by customer services it ri gs 4 times then the call is put down ( on her side). My questions are: How hoes a person actually valualtarily enter a Madecal Aid assignments with a company like Fedhealth? Second how do you actually get your money out from a deceased estate? Thirdly this is just the tip oh the iceberg of the *****ulent enethical behavior of this " Fedhealth Health Medical " aid which i plan to exposes 1 step at a time.
