After ten years no payment from Fedhealth for chronic disease meds, after specialist Letters?!!!?

THIS IS COMING A LONG WAY: FOR OVER ten years I have not been cleared to receive CHRONIC DISEASE MEDICATION, HAVE TO PAY MOSTLY OUT OF POCKET! FEDHEALTH, after my complaining to Health Council and ****cal Aids Schemes body, still no respnse, even after multiple times my cardiologist wrote letters and specified that I should be on CHRONIC MEDS since I undergone a Auadruple Bypass Surgery and have to take Hypertension, Cholesterol and other chronic disease medicine! ten years?? Will they ever 'qualify' my condition and have it paid out of the proper Risk Benefits they so widely market and brag about as best on market??

Poor response and non payment for legitiate condition as defined not by me, but by my physician?!!
