After being on the chronic programme fedhealth imposed a "waiting period"

I joined Fedhealth and was happy with their service until they imposed pharmacy direct on me to deliver my medication. Pharmacy Direct is completely *********** and rude. My medication is over a week late and they keep sending me from pillar to post! I simply can't believe how Fedhealth can have such a good reputation and ruin it by its relationship with Pharmacy Direct! Oh well I paid for my medication in December and FedHealth still has not reimbursed me.
