advance chronic not approved as communicated

The chronic department communicated that my dependents advance medication had been approved for collection. I went into the pharmacy and they cannot release the meds as Fedhealth is declining it. The call centre is closed and she is travelling overseas in 2 days.. this is the service I am coming to expect from Fedhealth.. pathetic!
