Adult dependant termination after collectingR40000

Fedhealth terminated my father's adult dependant membership based on the same criteria they've initially accepted him as an adult dependant to my membership. They've collected almost R40000 for a year and then simply terminated by giving me slightly more than a month's notice. I find it ironic as the rules state that members need to give 3 month's notice before cancelling their membership but they think nothing of it to give you short notice. I objected to the termination (after few phonecalls letters) and got an email to say that he will be reinstated. I am waiting to get a formal letter to avoid going through the same pain next year. I have also received additional conflicting and confusing letters in this regard. No one is getting back to me. I would also like a letter to confirm the criteria for adult dependents. Not very confident as a main member to continue with this medical service provider.
