Account suspended

I missed my payment last month due to issues with my bank. The only time ever that I have missed a payment with regards to my medical aid. But this month Fedhealth did take two payments - which means (in my book) that I am up to date. This was a one time problem and now I've found out that my account is suspended even though I am up to date. I just want to know if Fedhealth is going to keep taking my money without providing a service or if I should just go to another medical aid? I mean, I am not behind with my payments. As I mentioned above, it was a one time error. I was very happy with Fedhealth but I will not let them take R2450.00 every month from me if it does not mean anything.
