Went to the doctor on 02/12 and 08/12, at first the consultant advised that my nominated GP was not loaded onto the system. This was changed on 21/12 and I was told that the payment would be made within a week. Anyway, with the festive season I thought I'd rather follow up in Jan. On 04/01 I called and was told that you don't do payments within the first three weeks of Jan and that payment would most likely be made around the 15th Jan. On 08/01 I sent an email so that I have it in black & White. Nhlanhla Matebe rep**** saying it was re-processed to your assessing dept. On 18/01 I sent an email asking for an update with still no reply to date. Your word means nothing, I get the feeling that the people responsible just sit and suck their thumbs the whole day. Please get someone to look into this.
