account not paid

Good day - member ship no. ********** 4471, Name: Godfrey Tladinyane is not a Happy customer at all, I called Fedhealth in June 2017 regarding my son's operation that took place in July at the offices of Dr Bell, I was advised by the Agent that i will not pay a cent if i choose 1 of Fedhealth Network Doctors which i did, to my surprise i have received an outstanding amount of R700, called Fedhealth call centre Neo promised to ask his Manager to call me and that did not happen i then called again in 48 hours and Spoke to Mbali promised to convey the Message and that did not happen i am seriously not getting any Joy from Fedhealth......i will appreciate it if some one can fix my problem
