Absolutely pathetic

If i could give less than a one i would. I pay a lot of money every month for this medical aid and now they refuse to refund the full amount for the anesthetist for my son's dental procedure. First they had a problem of not having a tooth number and now no excuse is given. Absolutely pathetic, what is the point of paying so much when you're not getting anything back besides doc appointments.
