My brother joined Fedhealth and has been part of the scheme for over 4 months. He was told that his account was suspended and after phoning he was told that he has not been covered the whole time because on the first months debit order he was charged for two months which is normal for medical, however the transaction didn't go through so instead of calling him or sending a message about the issue they just suspended his account without notifying him. Absolute idiots, how can someone not notify him, they call you all day long about joining, pick up the phone and do your job. Would not recommend them to anyone.
