ABSOLUTE USELESS!!

I have tried from the 01 November 2017 to do an option change but all i get is QUERY NUMBERS. I have even tried to do the online assistance they offer but was transferred from one consultant to another. I asked to speak to the supervisor still nothing.....all I get from them is them is they very busy.....will get an answer between 5 - 7 working days- well its now 21 days.....
