A very *********** finance team

Since the year started it has been suspension after suspension, the finance team will tell you you owe this and then provide pop, then now you're good, after a few days membership suspended again. My baby on chronic meds hasn't received any this year as everytime there's a claim the membership is suspended.

Right now it's the same story when everything we overpaid(because it seems when you pay what is due they decide to find something to say you owe) but membership suspended and the excuse is that funds were sent to Medivault instead of paying the monthly installment. They say they 'escalated' it, whatever that means because they never get back to you anyway. Of which they have been allocating funds wrongly.

My baby's doctor is even frustrated with this scheme, as it is making it impossible for his chronic patients to get treatment leading to more admissions in future instead babies healing.
