A Thank You

I have always had a rather good experience with Fedhealth in general, today however I want to say a special thank you to Fedhealth and all your always cheerful and helpful call center agents. My claim was rejected, twice so naturally I went into the conversation rather bad tempered, however I am left feeling like someone actually cares if my problem is solved and every time I have called everyone has been helpful and friendly.

Thank you Fedhealth, everyone is always too quick to point the finger and no one ever just says thank you for old fashioned good service.
