A quick recovery after a bad start

<p>I just want to acknowledge Adrian Wiener (not sure about the surname - my line was bad) for the excellent service. He fixed some of his colleagues' mistakes, followed up with me frequently, and piloted the case to success. Give him a raise. Buy him a boat. Send him on an exotic vacation. Give him a promotion. Thank him for turning around a case that could easily have gone the other way.</p>
