A hospital Plan to grow with.

Most of the consultants I have dealt with really know their stuff and explained in detail what I needed to know. As a client I do feel that more research should be done on certain co-payments. I doesn't make sense that modern technology has a very big co-payment but the old method, which has a longer recovery time will be paid in full. Who is actually benefiting from that decision coz its not the patient...
