A highly recommended medical aid.

Fedhealth has trained their call centre staff very well. Whenever i call for an authorisation the staff is very helpful and understanding. They are more inclined to say yes than no, and especially with the climate of bad service in SA, it is always a pleasure to call them. Thanks Mahlodi for excellent service.
