A big No to Fedhealth!

No to Fedhealth! Member number*******0161joined using a broker then called Fedhealth directly for them to explain the policy in detail, I was told that the broker has to explain not them. After 3 payments of R3400pm I went to a Dentist who charged R1400 at Fedhealth didn't pay was told that I have to activate a Medi vault which comes in multiples of R600 amounting to a maximum of R7200 that I have to pay back in monthly installments apart from my normal monthly installment and I told them that other than the money that I'm already paying I cannot afford to pay more. My husband got sick the GP charged R500 and Fedhealth didn't approve it, He went to click for flu Meds charged R150 and still Fedhealth did not approve, so we had to pay all these cash even after paying them R10200 in 3 monthly installments in total only R341 was approved on our claims. I sent an email to the broker and to Fedhealth, the broker responded after my follow up email.

We are left with debts to pay.

When I called to cancel with immediate effect, I was told that its not there problem, the broker who was assisting me had insufficient knowledge, how is that my problem?Later on that day I received an email of termination starting that I must give them a months notice or they will collect R3400 using the debt collectors.
