73% OF INCOME DEDUCTED - NOT TCF

Fed Health Member <br> It is with great dissatisfaction that I write,<br> My query relates to blue door income based membership plan where the monthly premium is R 1300 this month however an un communicated deduction of R 1800 took place from the members account.<br> The consultant explained this as a late joiner penalty that was app**** because income was not verified up to that stage. Proof of income was immediately furnished<br> The amount deducted was 73% of the members income which leaves him with only R 680 for his monthly expenses!!!<br> <br> <br> While I understand the previously highlighted point relating to the verification, I humbly requested that the supervisor on duty ( DELENEGALLIE) consider making a business decision to backdate this at least to the current month ( meaning last deduction to assist the member and refund the difference collected as they now reviewed the proof and reduced the monthly contribution to R 1003 but highlighted that it would only be effective March 16. <br> The point I am trying to highlight is how can a company who claims to have a members best interest at heart highlighting how different they are to the rest of the market, treat customers so unfairly
