4 Weeks for a Savings Refund

My initial submission dated 30 April refers.

Upon submission, when I called in to follow-up, I was told I must wait 7 days for outcome as a turn-around-time.

When I called in after that period had lapsed, I kept being informed that it is still being processed.

Until on Monday, when I was advised that there is an outstanding SARS document - I was utterly infuriated because this could have been communicated when I submitted the documents, or during the instances when I called numerous time to follow-up.

At the same time, your department is appallingly terrible at communicating, and keeping clients in the loop with developments.

This morning when I followed-up since submission of the SARS document, the controller handling my case has the audacity to advise the consultant I was on the line with to tell me that I must wait for the turn-around-time of 7 days.

Bear in mind that we are on week 3 since my submission, with no way forward, except the same broken record of “the controller is still working on it and have not given any update”.

Please look into this, or advise how I can go about escalating this to superiors.

I cannot wait for a full month for my request to be processed, and best believe that this has left a terrible taste in my mouth about Fedhealth, and will certainly not go to the scheme when I explore my options with my next employer or independently.
