4 - 5 days it will take to update banking details.

I sent emails to update my banking details yesterday to groupcc8 and member this mails was not received at Fedhealth. Now I had to resent it to and credit controller can take 4 - 5 days to update the banking details. I have given authority and attached my id. What else is there to verify?Surely this can't take this long. Now I sit with a problem activating my vault cause of incomplete banking details if there was my old banking details on record. Im at the gp writing this review. This is now a huge inconvenience because I can't use my vault.
