3 weeks later, still membership has still not been terminated

<p>I requested a membership termination on behalf of my brother, a minor. This process is supposed to take 5 workin days. After the initial 5 working days I was informed that the termination had to be in writing. Something that the person I initially spoke to forgto to mention. 5 more working days after I submitted said termination notice in writing I was informed that the termination had to come from my brother, who IS A MINOR! Not to mention that when I signed him up for the medical aid his signature did not appear on any of the forms. Today is the 21st day after my initial request and the new medical aid which my brother will be on will not load him on until they have received a membership certificate with a termination date. They have been so frustrating to deal with for something that should be so simple!!!</p>
