Ref 260825C6HRZ4 Absolute disappointment Drs and Hospital practice number ....both are on your network ..so what are you asking if this ???? ICD and procedure codes ...your app does not recognise either ...tried via your website...success ....but unfortunately one cannot submit the request as the site just freezes

Need a Hospital Pre authorisation like in yesterday
