2014 Tax certificate needed from Topmed/Fedhealth

I made use of the chat service requesting a tax certificate for 2014 since I was using Topmed which later amalgamated with Fedhealth in 2019. I was told that "Unfortunately there is nothing we can help you with, it is not available on the data received from TopMed." I was also told that "Unfortunately there is no one to contact as TopMed no longer exists". I need this tax certificate for SARS purposes and if Fedhealth cannot help me, then who can because I should not be affected for the information that Topmed was supposed to have provided to Fedhealth? If no one can help me in your company, please refer me to someone who can and also provide that in writing so that I can forward same to SARS.
