16 year old has epileptic fits (brain) in hospital reception

My 16 year old sownt a month in hospital. Having a bad episode saw us sitting in hospital reception (me on a cane) because they could not find codes. Luckily a lovely Sunninghill Hospital staff member picked my child up and put her in trauma- after the doctor had specifically said she needs iv meds immediately.

Fedhealth is a ****. You can literally die in a private hospital reception area and theu would still be looking for a code (when they know the history from 4 days before)

I am at my wits end I guess I will just spend the next while in hospitals for pain etc so they pay. If I cant have a one operation fix then they clearly happy to pay for weeks of hospitalization when i collapse from pain and infection.
