March 2020 the pandemic hit, no salary April & May. I still paid a third for those 2 months and thereafter the full amount and never reneged on the medivault debit order, full amount every month. I then caught up those two months of the membership fee in August 2020 once I received a tax refund R3000+!!! The scheme saw fit to terminate me in April and only notify me in August AFTER PAYING THE R3000+. I now receive a statement stating that they owe me a whole R625. In order for me to get that refund i have to fill in forms with supporting documents and get it SIGNED AND STAMPED by a Commissioner of Oaths!!

1 minute to be terminated yet a ridiculous lengthy procedure to get a refund of money that is owed to me???? Not to mention that they have all my details???
