am livid. You have debited my account. You have confirmed the cancelation of my medical aid which was end of june. I gave u a months notice and u still debited my account i want my money immediately paid back.

02 Aug 2024, 13:47Once again poor poor service, just emails. Pick up the phone and contact your customer. U quick to take money but cant use that money to make a phone call. It's appalling that a platform like this must be used to get attention.
