Bad service

Good day we are with a internet service provider fede konnekt. The work with telkom and Mtn. Do not even waste time or money going with them there service is bad. Every month we pay before the end of month and send them proof of payment they still go and suspend my service if you contact them via WhatsApp they switch it back on. They don't even answer you back. They even canceled the WhatsApp group that was created for the community because of the negative comments. Can anyone that is unhappy please comment on my post
