Customer assaulted by FBS

On Saturday 28 August a customer was assaulted by 3 FBS employees. Customer was caught trying to ***** something and instead of calling the police and detaining the customer he was assaulted. Customer's head was banged against the ground continuosly he was then dragged through the aisle to the front of the store where he was kicked in the face to point where he started bleeding one of the security guards then proceeded to spray tear gas in his face. When we reported the matter to the area manager for FBS security we were told that they are allowed to hit people who are resisting arrest. Customer was on the floor and could barely stand was not fighting back or resisting instead he was screaming for help while being assaulted. This is a grosd violation of human rights.
