<p>Very good service and customer orientated support received from Fanie@FX - we had a billing issue and we had no real assistance from customer support regarding our issue, as soon as Fanie was CC'd in the mail the matter was resolved and I was happy with his support. Happy to say that I recommend this service to any company looking for a fax solution I can confirm that its not a back door service.</p>
