FaxFx takes your money and doesn't work

Signed up for their service yesterday as I needed to send 7 faxes. Seemed simple enough. You buy credits and then send your fax via email. They are a bunch of ****** out of all the faxes sent the only one that worked was a test one to them the rest all failed. Absolutely wasted the R250 credits I bought as guess what every time the system tries to send your fax they charge you. Their response when I queried it was I must dial the fax numbers first to see if I get a tone. I did, got the tone and no surprise the faxes still didn't go through. Do not do business with them period. They refuse to refund any money. Their service sucks and try make it look like you're doing something wrong even when you follow their instructions by the book. Waste of time and money
