Feels like a **** - avoid

I placed an order over a week ago. Delivery should be 3-5 days. I whatsapped - not even delivered. I emailed - no reply. I messaged on Facebook - nothing. Interestingly they are still posting promotions on their facebook page. I commented on that. Nothing.

Either they are having IT problems or they are ****ming. I see others have had similar experience. I will have to try and get the bank to reverse the transaction which was over R1000
